摘　　要：经济增加值(EVA)是企业绩效评价的一种新方法,在国外很多企业都得到了成功的运用。文章简述了国有企业应用EVA的意义、目前存在的障碍及改进的措施和方法,以构建适合国有企业的EVA业绩评价体系,从而提高国有企业的经营管理水平。The Economic Value Added （EVA） is a new way of enterprise＇s performance evaluation. It has been successfully applied in many foreign corporates. This paper gives detailed description of the significance of Application EVA, the existing obstacles and measures and methods for remeding in the state-owned enterprises to build proper EVA performance evaluation for the state-owned enterprises.
