对抑郁症患者自杀态度的研究

摘　　要：目的研究不同类别抑郁症患者对自杀的态度。方法应用自杀态度问卷(QSA)作为调查工具,测试不同抑郁症患者的自杀态度。结果不同抑郁症患者有不同自杀态度,有自杀念头并有过自杀行为者,对自杀行为持肯定、理解、宽容的态度,而有自杀念头但无自杀行为者对自杀行为持矛盾或中立的态度,在对自杀者、自杀者家属、安乐死方面两者无显著性差异,均持肯定、理解、认可、宽容的态度。无自杀念头、无自杀行为者对自杀行为持反对、否定、排斥态度,且对自杀者、自杀者家属、安乐死也持矛盾、中立或反对、否定、排斥态度。结论应用自杀态度问卷将抑郁症患者加以区分,对重点人群重点关注,在预防自杀方面做到有的放矢,可提高工作效率,节省人力、物力。Objective To study suicidal attitude in patients with different type of major depression. Methods The patients with major depression were assessed with the Questionnaire of Suicidal Attitude （QSA）. Results Different type of major depression patients had different suicidal attitude. Those who had suicidal ideation and suicidal action had affirmative, understanding, tolerable attitude to suicidal action. Those who had suicidal ideation and had not suicidal action had contradictory attitude to suicidal action. The two types of major depression patients had no significant difference in attitude to suicider, suicider relation and euthanasia, they all had affirmative, understanding, tolerable attitude. Those who hadn＇t suicidal ideation had resistance, negative and rejective attitude to suicidal action,and had contradictory or resistance, negative and rejective attitude to suicider, suicider relation and euthanasia. Conclusion We can choose those who have severe suicidal ideation by using QSA, and do some suicide interfere measure. It can make our work more efficiency, more exactly,and avoid fault and waste.
