摘　　要：中国法学研究在深度上的挖掘和广度上的扩展,都需要专业学术研究团队的参与,而国内法学研究和法学教育通过几十年的积累,已经具备了在高校中组建各种学术团队的基础条件,尤其是人才条件。面对以上趋势,我们应当认真探索法学研究团队在组建和运行过程中的各种操作性问题,更好地推动法学研究的发展与进步。Based on the development of Chinese legal research in expansion and depth, the academic teams of legal research are badly needed. The accumulation of legal research and legal education in the past decades is the foundation for the construction of the academic teams, especially the human resources. Faced with the trend mentioned above, we should focus on the detailed issues in the academic teams to improve the legal research in China.
