摘 要:目的探讨两种影像学方法对胃中间横带(MTB)的定位和功能。方法采用实时超声和单光子发射计算机体层摄影术对40例健康志愿者MTB定位,记录其在胃排空过程中不同时间点(0、15、30、45、60、90、120 min)的变化和胃角的关系。结果健康志愿者近端胃和远端胃交界部位出现一收缩带,该收缩带位置恒定,面积随着近端和远端胃面积变化而变化,和胃角解剖区基本重合。结论健康者进食后,MTB出现并存在,胃角可能对胃排空具有调控作用。Objective To study the location and function of midgastric transverse band (MTB) by real-time echography and single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT). Methods The location of MTB was performed in 40 normal healthy subjects and the changes of MTB during gastric emptying were studied by real-time echography and SPECT at several points (0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 min). Results A contraction band was observed constantly between proximal and distal stomach after food intake. The areas of MTB in all the subjects changed gradually according to the areas of proximal and distal stomach. The position of MTB was essentially coincident with gastric angle in all the subjects. Conclusion MTB can be observed in all the healthy people after food intake. The gastric angle may perform regulating effects during gastric emptying.
