摘　　要：中国特色社会主义理论体系的形成是以邓小平理论的形成为标志的,其历史起点是党的十一届三中全会;中国特色社会主义理论体系是在不断探索和回答"什么是社会主义、怎样建设社会主义","建设什么样的党、怎样建设党","实现什么样的发展、怎样发展"这三大基本问题的过程中逐步形成、发展和完善起来的;党对中国特色社会主义理论体系的认识和概括经历了一个不断深化、日臻完善的过程;党对中国特色社会主义理论体系的认识和概括既反映了理论创新的传承性又体现了理论创新的时代性,既源于改革开放的实践经验又成功地指导着改革开放实践的健康发展,既包容了改革开放以来我们党全部理论创新成果又为将来党进行新的理论创新预留了发展空间。The formation of theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the formation of Deng Xiaoping＇ s Theory as the hallmark, its historical starting point is the Third Plenum of the 11 th Party Congress; The Theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is gradually taking shape, developing and improving in the course of continuously exploring and answering ＂what is socialism and how to build socialism＂ and ＂what kind of party building,how to build the party＂ and ＂realization of what kind of development,how to develop＂ the three basic problems. The party＇s recognizing and the general understanding about the Theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has experienced a process of continuous deepening and improving; The party＇s recognizing and the general understanding about the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics both reflects the continuation of theoretical innovation and embodies the times of the theoretical innovation, both from the practical experience of reform and opening- up and successfully guides the healthy development of the practice of reform and opening-up,both inclusive of all of our party＇s theoretical innovations since the reform and opening-up and sets aside a new the development of space for party to the future of theoretical innovation.
