咽喉部多发性血管瘤的诊治

摘　　要：发生在咽喉部的多发性血管瘤临床较为少见，多为单侧发病，因其肿瘤范围较广，发生在咽喉多部位，且易出血，通常治疗难度较大。采用手术切除为主的综合治疗为其首选治疗方法。本文介绍咽喉部多发性血管瘤13例，其中海绵状血管瘤11例，毛细血管瘤2例，手术治疗，术式以气管切开十颈侧切开术或经口入路。肿瘤不能全部切除者配合硬化剂局部注射治疗，硬化剂注射后的前3天，给予一定量的皮质类固醇激素，以减轻局部肿胀，注射硬化剂间期以不少于1周为宜。The experience of diagnosis and treatment on 13 patients with pharyngeal and laryngeal multple hemangioma from 1984 to 1994 was reported. There were 8 males and 5 females, raging in age from 20 to 61 years. Of the 13 patients, 11 were spongyform hemangioma, 2 capillary hemangioma. The lesions often involved soft parate, tonsil, hypopharyngeal lateral wall, piriform sinus, base of tongue, lingual surface of the epiglottis, uvula, ventricular cavities, ventricular bands, even upper esophagus. All patients were treated surgically, if the lesions could not be totally excised, the sclerotherapy was given (2 cases). Our result showed that 12 cases were cured (follow-up over one year)1case recurred.
