摘 要:在进行三元催化器封装国产化开发过程中,出现载体破损现象。通过分析发动机排气温度、封装设计、排气系统异物、排气管等对载体的影响后发现,膨胀型衬垫的选择是制造过程中的不稳定因素,而前排气管的波纹管内壁金属编织物耐温性不足则是主要原因,其在高温、高速气流冲击下剥落融化,形成铁渣对载体进行切削,从而造成载体破损失效。采取衬垫改为非膨胀型、波纹管内壁金属编织物提高耐温等级措施后,所封装三元催化器顺利通过了台架验证。In the domestic development on three-way catalytic converter packing,the carrier was damaged. According to the influence analysis of engine exhaust temperature,packing design,exhaust system deposits and exhaust pipe on carrier,the unsteady factor of manufacture is the selection of expandable gasket,and the main reason is the deficiency of heat resistance of metal basketwork in the inner wall of corrugated pipe,which falls off and melts under the impact of high temperature and high speed airflow,forming scruff and cuts the carrier,resulting in a damaged and ineffective carrier.After the improvement of gasket and metal basketwork,the three-way catalytic converter passed the bench test.
