小细胞肺癌55例的CT诊断及鉴别诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨小细胞肺癌(small cell lung cancer,SCLC)的CT表现特点,以提高对该病的诊断和鉴别诊断能力。方法收集55例经手术或穿刺活检病理证实的SCLC的临床资料,回顾性总结分析CT影像诊断特点以及鉴别诊断。结果肺内肿块、肺门与纵隔淋巴结广泛肿大,而肺不张少见是SCLC的CT表现特点及鉴别要点。结论小细胞肺癌的CT表现有一定的特征性,CT扫描结合CT导向经皮穿刺活检是诊断SCLC的有效检查方法。Objective To study CT features of small cell lung cancer（SCLC）in order to improve the diagnosis and distinguish accuracy of the disease. Methods CT appearance of 55 cases SCLC confirmed by surgery and puncture biopsy were analyzed retrospectively. Results Specific CT manffestantions were in trapulmonary mass and hilar and mediastimal lymphadenectasis without obstruretive at lectasis in the diagnosis of SCLC. Conclusion SCLC has specific CT findings, and CT scanning and puncture biopsy is of value in the diagnosis of SCLC.
