摘　　要：目的探讨高场强磁共振在子宫肌瘤中的影像表现及其临床价值。方法对15例子宫肌瘤患者行MRI检查并进行回顾性分析。结果MRI共检出21个病灶,所有病灶在T1W1上表现为等或低信号,在T2W1上表现为低或不均信号,诊断符合率达93.3%,盆腔外合并症检出率达53.3%。结论MRI对子宫肌瘤具有较高的诊断价值并成为超声检查的重要补充。Objective To discuss the MR features of uterine leiomyomas and evaluate its clinical value. Methods 15 patients with uterine leiomyomas were examined and analyzed retrospectively. Results 21 lesions were detected by MRI in 15 patients,which was presented as intermediate or low signal intensity on T1WI, low or heterogenous signal intensity on T2WI. The diagnose accordance rate 93.3 %. The detection rate 53.3 % on complication out of cavitas pelvis. Conclusion MRI has high value in diagnosing uterine leiomyomas.
