摘　　要：本文强调重症上睑下垂的手术矫正方法应借助额肌收缩提高睑裂,对34例48只眼采用眶隔后额肌瓣悬吊术治疗。Ⅰ级治愈率达91.6％。It's to emphasize the operation on serious ptosis,way of surgical correction is raise the rima palpe- brarum with the aid of contrecting the frontalis muscle.In 34 cases (48 eyes) of treatment of serious ptosis with suspension by frontalis muscle flap Beside septum orbitale,cure rate of grade Ⅰ reaches 91.6&.In the article,the author introduce the way of operation and analysize the advantage of it.
