摘　　要：设计了温度控制对象-温控炉电路,结合MCGS组态软件和研华PCL-818L-B数据采集卡构建了一个温度控制系统,利用MCGS自带PID控制软设备采用增量式PID算法进行温度控制,实验表明系统控制效果良好。Designed temperature control object - furnace temperature control circuit, combining Monitor and Control Generated System and Advantech PCL-818L-B data acquisition cards constructed a temperature control system. Using the PID control module which is contained by MCGS and adopt the increasing PID control algorithm to control the temperature, the experimental results prove the control effect is good.
