摘  要:基于颗粒增强型复合材料的特征,在Hirsch纤维状复合材料弹性模量预测模型的基础上,修正并提出了一种新的复合材料弹性模量计算表达式。为验证该算法的实用性,引用了文献试验数据进行预测计算。结果表明:对于由喷射共沉积法制备获得的6066/SiC复合材料,计算结果处在Voigt模型和Reuss模型的上下限之间,并与试验值相一致,从而验证了所提出计算模型的正确性。An improved method was developed for estimating the elastic modulus (Eo) of particle reinforced composites based on the Hirseh model and the characteristics of particle reinforced composites. For verifying the model, the experimental data were referred and used to calculate the elastic modulus of materials, which was preparated by spray deposition (SD) method. Results show that it has a good correlation between the theoretical and experimental elastic modulus, the theoretical elastic modulus herein is located between the upper limit of Voigt model (Ev) and the lower limit of Reuss model(Er), which proves that the method is effective and reasonable.
