摘　　要：于新桥医院采集健康人群血清535份,两个屠宰场采集商品猪血清415份,5家奶牛场和1家奶站采集新鲜牛奶326份,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清(牛奶)中的stx2a和stx2b抗体.用P/N>2.1作为阳性判定标准,535份健康人群血清检测到stx2a抗体阳性和stx2b抗体阳性血清各21份(3.93%);415份商品猪血清检测到stx2a抗体阳性血清4份(0.96%),stx2b抗体阳性血清2份(0.48%);326份新鲜牛奶检测到stx2a抗体阳性血清25份(7.46%),stx2b抗体阳性血清21份(6.44%).牛奶中stx2抗体阳性率最高,健康人群血清次之,商品猪血清的阳性率最低.由此表明重庆市STEC菌株中携带stx2基因.Serum samples were taken from 535 healthy people at Xinqiao Hospital, Chongqing, 415 pig serum samples were collected from two abattoirs and 326 fresh milk samples were collected from 5 dairy farms and 1 milk purchase station. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was performed to investigate the presence of stx2a and stx2b antibodies in the serum/milk samples. With P/N〉2.1 as the diagnosis standard for positiveness, 21of the 535 serum samples （3.93%） from healthy people were found to react with stx2a antigen and 21 （3.93%） to react with stx2b antigen, 4 and 2 of the 415 serum samples （0.96% and 0.48%） from pigs reacted with stx2a and stx2b antigens, respectively, and 25 and 21 of the 326 fresh milk samples （7. 46% and 6.44%） reacted with the stx2a and stx2b antigens. Fresh milk had the highest positive percentage of antibody against stx2, followed by sera from healthy people and sera from pig, indicating that STEC （Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli） carry stx2 in Chongqing.
