摘　　要：介绍了虚拟式钻井液振动筛动态参数检测仪的基本原理、硬件组成、软件流程。用调理电路、数据采集卡、仪器软件及计算机平台组建成该参数检测仪,能采集、分析、显示30多个振动筛特性参数,并可按表格、曲线形式输出测试数据。使用表明,该仪器大大简化了振动筛动态参数的检测过程,节省了时间,使测试数据的精确性和可靠性得到保证。The necessity and the principle of applying vital controls to drilling fluid shaker dynamic parameter measurement were introduced. It could gather, analyze and demonstrate the datum, forms and curves more than 30 shaker characteristic parameters. It was composed of recuperative circuit, the data acquisition card, the instrumental software and the computer platform. With the simple structure and convenient use, the instrument greatly simplified the process of shaker dynamic parameters measurement, and assured the measurement precision and reliability.
