摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国政府在确定贫困县标准、安排扶贫资金、优惠金融信贷、发动社会参与、关注特殊群体等方面,对少数民族和民族地区采取了特殊的、倾斜性政策措施,使得这些地区贫困人口大幅减少,贫困发生率下降,农民收入快速增长,人民群众生活水平上升,地区综合实力有较大提高。Since the reform and opening-up, China＇s government has taken some special policies and measures, such as determining the standard for poverty counties, offering financial credit, launching communicable helps and concerning the special groups, to promote the development of the ethnic areas. Today, the poverty population reduces significantly, the incidence of poverty falls off, the income of the farmer rapid growth, the living standard of the people rises, and the overall strength increases.
