摘 要:肿瘤发生侵袭并最终转移,肿瘤细胞必须通过对基底膜及细胞外基质成分的附着、黏附和侵袭来穿透细胞和基质屏障。这个过程由细胞因子及生长因子严格调节,并需要肿瘤相关蛋白水解酶的表达。其中,一个重要的蛋白水解酶就是尿激酶系统。本文对该系统的成分,功能以及其在肿瘤中,尤其在乳腺癌,前列腺癌,胃肠道肿瘤中的作用及最新研究进展进行综述。For a tumor to become invasive and ultimately metastasize, tumor cells must cross cellular and matrix boundaries by attaching to,interacting with, and invading components of the basement membrane and extracellular ma- trix. This multistep process is tightly regulated by cytokines and gTowth factors and requires the expression of tumor - associated proteases. One of the main protease systems involved in tumor cell invasion and metastasis is the Urokinase system. The components of the system include the urokinase plasminogen activator ( UPA), its cell surface receptor uro- kinase plasminogen activator receptor (UPAR) ,and its naturally occurring inhibitors plasminogen activator inhibitors 1 and 2 ( PAI - 1 and PAl - 2 ). This paper reviews the role of the Urokinase system in cancer, especially in breast cancer,prostate cancer,gastrointestinal cancer and its advances in research.
