摘　　要：赫拉克利特是古希腊著名的哲学家,他认为人们只有认识事物普遍的对立统一法则和必然性,并且符合一定的分寸和限度的斗争,才能捍卫正义。这一思想与他所处的时代背景是分不开的。目前,我国正在构建和谐社会,和谐和正义成为时代的主题,我们应顺应时代的发展,但我们不应该追求简单的同,不应该忘记讲差异、讲斗争。Heraclitus is Greece famous philosopher,he claim that only people recognize things of general antithesis nature and unity principle and inevitability, struggling by according sense of proportion and limitation, people can defend justice. This minds come from background of the age. At present,we are constructing social harmony,and harmony and justice have become subject of the age, we should move with the time, but we can not pursue sample sameness, forgetting differences and struggling.
