摘 要:本试验旨在研究加酶预消化饲料对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及养分表观代谢率的影响。选用罗曼商品代蛋鸡300只,按试验要求随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复15只蛋鸡,分别饲喂无酶制剂饲料(对照组)、普通加酶饲料(加酶组)、预消化工艺Ⅰ饲料(预消化Ⅰ组)、预消化工艺Ⅱ饲料(预消化Ⅱ组),饲喂28 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,2种预消化加酶饲料均可显著地提高蛋鸡产蛋率(P<0.01)和饲料转化率(P<0.01),且预消化Ⅱ组略高;预消化Ⅱ组和预消化Ⅰ组蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄颜色均优于普通加酶组和对照组,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);2种预消化加酶饲料组蛋鸡能量和钙表观代谢率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且预消化Ⅱ组升幅略大,粗蛋白质表观代谢率也有提升,但差异不显著(P>0.05);预消化Ⅱ组和Ⅰ组磷表观代谢率均显著高于普通加酶组(P<0.05)和无酶制剂对照组(P<0.01)。由此可知,加酶预消化饲料对蛋鸡生产代谢有明显改善作用,且以预消化工艺Ⅱ饲料效果最佳。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of predigestion with enzyme on the performance, egg quality and metabolic rate of dietary nutrients in laying hens. Three hundred Lohmann Brown laying hens were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups (control group, common enzyme addition group, predigestion group Ⅰ and predigestion group Ⅱ ) with 5 replicates and each replicate contained 15 laying hens. The results showed that laying rate and feed conservation rate was increased significantly in two predigestion treatment groups compared with control group and common enzyme addition group (P〈0.01); Two predigestion treatment groups surpassed control group and common enzyme addition group in eggshell strength, eggshell thickness and vitellus color, but the difference was not significant; apparent metabolic rate of energy and Ca in two predigestion treatment groups were also higher than that of control group(P〈0.05). Apparent metabolic rate of P in two predigestion treatment groups was increased significantly than that of control group (P〈0.01) and common enzyme addition group (P〈0.05). Apparent metabolic rate of CP in two predigestion treatments was increased slightly than that of others. It was suggested that the enzyme predigested feed was effective to improve the production and metabolic rate of nutrients of laying hens, and the effect of predigestion technology Ⅱ was better than that of predigestion technology Ⅰ.
