摘　　要：目的:了解癌症患者对医疗服务满意度的状况和模式。方法:用分层整群抽样和问卷调查方法对476名癌症患者的医疗服务满意度进行调查,用偏最小二乘(PLS)路径模型对癌症患者的医疗服务满意度的影响因素和作用模式进行分析。结果:癌症患者对医院医疗服务的评价大多呈偏态分布或双峰分布,PLS路径模型较好地测量了潜自变量与潜因变量之间的关系。结论:PLS路径模型可作为研究癌症患者医疗服务满意度的有效工具。Objective： To understand the status and mode of the satisfaction of cancer patients to medical services. Methods： The satisfaction of 476 cancer patients to medical services were investigated using stratified-cluster sampling and questionnaire survey, and the influencing factors and their affecting pattern were analyzed by using PLS path modeling. Results： The appraisement of cancer patients to medical services of hospitals mostly showed skewed distribution or bimodal distributions. PLS path modeling measured the relation between latent independent variables and latent dependent variable well. Conclusion： PLS path modeling is an effective tool for the research of the satisfaction of cancer patients to medical services.
