摘 要:以干旱区典型矿业城市——金昌市市郊农田和小麦作为研究对象,考察重金属元素(Cu、Zn、Ni)在土壤-小麦系统中的富集及迁移特征。结果表明:①研究区域农田土壤均有一定程度重金属积累;其中Ni积累最为严重,其平均质量分数超过土壤环境质量三级标准,其次是Cu,其平均质量分数超过土壤环境质量二级标准,而元素Zn的积累不显著;②小麦各组织(籽粒、麦壳、麦叶、茎秆、根须)中也有不同程度的重金属积累,其中元素Ni、Cu易在小麦根部积累,元素Zn易在小麦籽粒中积累;部分样品的籽粒中Cu含量超过中国食物卫生标准,超标率为18.18%,所有样品的Zn含量均未超出中国食品卫生标准,Ni在所有样品籽粒中的含量均超过人造奶油卫生标准。③不同元素在小麦体内迁移能力为Zn>Cu>Ni。The behaviors of selected heavy metals (Cu,Zn and Ni) in wheat grown in the land of Jinchang were discussed through ten pairs samples both of soils and wheat. The paper obtained the following results.(1)Soil pollution in the research region was serious. Cu and Ni were more serious than Zn and their content in soil were far beyond grade Ⅱ of the national standard of soil quality in China. (2)There was a significant difference in accumulation of same element in different part of wheat. The contents of Cu in some seeds were beyond the national hygienic limits for food in China. the contents of Zn in all the sample seeds were below the national hygienic limits for food in China. However, the contents of Ni in all the sample seeds were beyond the national hygienic limits for artificial cream in China. (3)The transfer ability of different element in wheat was Zn〉Cu〉Ni.
