摘 要:应用建立在可靠性理论和最优化技术基础之上的可靠性优化设计方法,将应力和强度等均视为随机变量,综合考虑拖拉机NGW型行星式最终传动的承载能力、结构紧凑、重量轻和传动效率等问题,以机构的体积最小和效率最高为目标函数,以行星传动的可靠性条件、齿轮疲劳强度的可靠性条件、行星传动的配齿和结构条件等为约束,建立有别于现有模型的多目标可靠性优化设计数学模型,并应用Matlab优化工具箱中的序列二次规划法求解。可靠性优化设计方案比原设计方案和常规优化设计方案的体积分别减小41.65%和8%而效率未降低,表明该优化方法符合工程实际且可靠有效。Based on the comprehensive consideration of loading capacity, compact structure, light-weight and transmission efficiency of the tractor's NGW planetary gear final transmission, the reliability optimization design method, setting on the knowledge of reliability theory and optimization technology and taking the stress and strength as random variables, was applied to build the multi-objective reliability optimization design model unlike the existing model. In the model, the mechanism's smallest volume and highest efficiency were taken as the objective functions while reliability conditions of planetary transmission and gears' fatigue strength, the planetary gear's tooth configuration conditions and structural conditions were taken as the constraints, then the sequential quadratic programming algorithm in optimization toolbox of Matlab was used to solve the model. Compared with the original and common optimization design schemes, the final transmission volume reduces by 41.65% and 8%, respectively while its efficiency does not change, which shows that the method is practical, reliable and effective.
