摘　　要：在Weibull分布场合下,通过对分布函数进行变换,利用凹凸性方法获得了各检测时刻失效概率之间的关系,进而从实际应用的角度出发,利用先验信息得到了各时刻失效概率的Bayes估计.通过建立参数回归模型,获得了产品可靠性指标的估计.最后通过对实例进行计算,验证了方法的稳定性.In W eibull distribution, by transforming the distribution function, we use the concave method and get the relationship of failure probabilities in time. Then using prior information, Bayesian estimations of failure probabilities are received and the estimation of reliability target is given. Finally a calculation of a practical problem is illustrated which validates the stabilityof the method.
