单、双期矫治骨性Ⅱ类错的临床特点对比研究

摘　　要：目的:比较单、双期矫治的临床特点,为临床矫治提供参考。方法:搜集处于生长发育高峰期的单、双期矫治病例(分别为26例和27例)的复诊时间和次数、拔牙比率以及所采用的辅助装置,比较两组间的区别。结果:两组患者的复诊时间和次数相似,双期矫治组的拔牙比率和所采用的辅助装置均低于单期矫治组。结论:双期矫治有其自身的特点和优点。Objective;To compare their relation with clinical effect and expect to provide some reference for choosing methods in clinical practice. Method; The sample consists of 26 patients with one-stage treatment and 27 with two-stage treatment, they were between 10 to 13 years, treating time,the mean visiting time,extraction ratio and the frequency of using auxiliary appliance to enforce anchorage are compared.Result;The two treatments have the same treatment period and visiting times; After functional treatment, people are apt to accept nonextraction and lower frequency of auxiliary appliance. Conclusion; Two-stage treatment has its own characteric and advantage.
