摘　　要：为适应城市地铁的迅速发展、盾构法施工技术被广泛应用,使衬砌管片的应用数量越来越多,指出管片制作质量必须以满足产品的使用功能为基础、以保证其特殊性能为原则。通过对各种材料进行优选、试验,充分考虑各种影响混凝土的不利因素并加以控制。以提高管片用混凝土性能及管片的制作质量。With the rapid development of Beijing subway, shield tunneling will be applied more widely. In consequence, the demand of shield segments will be increasing. The quality of segment fabrication should be aimed at satisfying the working functions of the products. Through optimized selection and tests of materials, fully considering and controlling the adverse factors affecting concrete quality, high quality concrete was obtained with the quality of segment fabrication effectively guaranteed.
