大学生亚健康状态的研究

摘　　要：目的通过问卷调查,了解大学生心理和躯体的亚健康情况。方法随机抽取360名大学生及研究生作为调查对象,采用医学问卷形式进行调查。结果大学生亚健康发生率占17.4%,主要表现在躯体上的眼和耳、消化系统,心理上的不适应和紧张,一些不良习惯、生活方式和学习压力对大学生健康产生较为显著的影响。结论大学生身心健康状况必须给予高度重视,应提高自我保健意识,定期健康体检并及时进行心理疏导。Objective To investigate the current mental subhealth status of undergraduate students.Methods Random sampling was taken in investigating 360 students in college through questionnaires.Results The prevalence of subhealth status in college students is 17.4%.The manifestations include physical symptoms of eyes,ears and digestive system,and mental inadaptation and tension.Infaust lifestyle,habits and stress have significant consequences on students' health.Conclusion More attention should be paid on the physical and mental health of college students.Physical examination and psychological counseling should be carried out regularly.
