62例胃窦癌患者使用器械吻合重建消化道的体会

摘　　要：目的总结国产可重复型（GW-1型）管状吻合器及线型缝合器进行远端胃切除术重建消化道的应用经验。方法胃窦癌根治术中使用WGW-29，WGW-26型管状吻合器及XF-60线型缝合器进行远端胃切除术重建消化道（Billroth Ⅱ式）。结果本组62例胃窦癌患者术中均一次性吻合、缝合成功。未出现严重并发症。结论在远端胃切除术重建消化道中，与传统手工吻合相比，吻合器有方便、快捷、可靠等优点，提高了操作效率，缩短了手术时间，从而降低了手术风险，减少并发症。Objective Look back on my application experience of using domestic repeatable type of the tubular anastomosis staple （GW-1） and the linear suture one to perform remote gastrictomy reconstruction of the digestive tract.Methods Different types of staples including （ WGW-29）,（ WGW- 26） tubular anastomosis ones and the （XF-60） linear suture one are used in remote gastrectomy reconstruction alimentary tract.Results Each operation of this group of 62 cases of gastric cancer patients is successful in one-time anastomosis, without serious complications.Conclusion Compared with the traditional manual anastomosis, the reconstruction of the digestive tract in the distant gastrectomy contributes to faster, more convenient and reliable advantages, which increases operational efficiency, shortens the operation time and reduces the risk of surgery as well as complications.
