妇科晚期恶性肿瘤行动脉插管化疗后的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超选择性动脉插管化疗对妇科晚期恶性肿瘤的应用价值和效果。方法采用SELDINGER法作超选择性髂内动脉插管化疗（SIAC），治疗妇科晚期恶性肿瘤85例，其中26例伴有腹水．2例伴有胸水。结果2例胸水全部吸收，24例腹水基本吸收占92．3％，自觉症状好转有效率为88.2％，瘤体缩小有效率为84.7％，64例获得再次手术的机会。结论超选择性动脉插管化疗对妇科晚期恶性肿瘤可减轻症状，提高手术成功率及生存质量。Objective The article discusses the applied value and effect of superselectivearterial cannula chemotherapy to end-stage malignant tumor of gynecopathy Methods 85case of cate cancer were treated with SIAC b3 scidinger among them 26 cases with ascites,2cases with hy-drothorax. Results Ascites of 24 oases ft. re absorbed in substance and the rate is 92.3%. Two casses＇hydrothorax are absorbed completely, the effective rate ot, subjectivesymptom getting better is 88.2%. The effective rate about aneurysm shrinke is 84.7%. 64 casesacquire the chance of operation again. Conclusion superselective arterial cannulachemotherapy to end-stage malignant tumor of gynecopathy can relieve symptom and improvethe rate of success and quality of life.
