摘　　要：针对许厂煤矿的-430m轨道运输斜巷行车兼做行人的特点,为满足行车不行人,行人不行车的规定,提出了一种新型矿井轨道斜巷人车安全闭锁装置。该装置能准确测定人员进出巷道和巷道中的人员数量及行人的方向,实现巷道中人车安全闭锁。重点介绍实现人员进入巷道数量和行走方向的分析判断及硬件的设计思路。该装置经投入运行,取得了良好的效果。The -430m track drift in Xuchang Coal Mine is a common passage for pedestrian and track transport. A safety locking device is set up on the man-car for inclined drift to avoid the coincidence of the both jobs. The device enable to accurately count the in/out staff number of the drift and the direction of pedestrian walk, and so as to realize locking of man-car. The device offers good effect in operation.
