摘　　要：新军事变革是智能化的武器系统、创新的军事理论、变革的体制编制和实时的信息优势有机地结合在一起所形成的全面军事变革。在客观上,它要求高校学生军训,在内容上要贴近高技术战争特点;在目标上要培养大学生适应高技术战争环境的军事心理素质;在培养学生思维观念上,要明确在未来战争中战场前线和后方基地的区分越来越模糊;在理想目标上要引导大学生积极投身国防建设,在国防科技领域发挥聪明才智。New revolution in military affairs is a comprehensive military change in intellective weapon system, creative military theory, changed system, and predominance in information in real time. In fact, it asks that training in the colleges should be clone as follows： to be close to characters of high technology war in content; on military training aims, to cultivate college students＇ military psychology diathesis that is seasoned with environments at high technology wars; at bringing up notion of college students, to make sure that the difference between battlefront and base in the future war are disappearing; for college students＂ ideal, to actively induct them to be indulged to national defense building and to make use of their intelligence and aptitude in the area of science and technology of national defense.
