摘　　要：荀卿赋十篇与《赋篇》及《成相篇》之间的关系,历来争议不少,本文从著录体例、内容真伪、体裁等三个方面证明《赋篇》、《成相篇》是为荀卿赋十篇;对于《赋篇》、《成相篇》分篇,在梳理前人说法的基础上,提出自己的一点看法。The relation between ten articles of Xun Qing Fu and Fu Bian and Cheng Xiang Bian has been disputed through the ages. This paper researches that Fu Bian and Cheng Xiang Bian are ten articles of Xun Qing Fu from the stylistic rules and layout of putting down in writing , true and false content and the style. Based on analysis of viewpoints of earlier generations some viewpoints are put forward.
