摘　　要：佛山社会经济的有利条件和不足决定了在现今网络环境下,佛山地区必须积极寻求适合自己的文献信息资源共享之路。而构建地区性图书馆联盟应该成为佛山的理性选择。文章随之着重探讨了佛山地区图书馆联盟的定位、任务目标,以及为实现联盟目标而必需的几大机制要素。Due to Foshan socio - economic conditions and lack of a favourable we must actively seek suitable for their own road to the sharing of literature and information resources under the current network environment. Construction of the regional library union should become a rational choice of Foshan. The article focuses on Foshan Library Union ＇s positioning , mission objectives, and elements of some mechanisms for the realization of the objectives of the Union.
