秸秆产业的哲学研究初探

摘　　要：从哲学的角度关注秸秆产业是十分必要的,也是可行的。秸秆产业的出现是必然的,只要秸秆有利用价值,当技术可能、经济可行时,以秸秆利用的工业机械出现为标志,秸秆产业就会出现。当前,中国的秸秆产业还处于成长期的初级阶段,经过诞生期、成长期、成熟期、衰落期四个阶段的发展,其最终的命运是退出历史舞台,成为一段人类利用秸秆、征服自然和改造自然的佳话。本文从方法论的层面出发,解决一些理论上容易混淆的问题,利用"秸秆哑铃模型图",指出秸秆产业与秸秆科学、秸秆技术和秸秆工程之间既有区别,又有联系,存在着互动的关系。在秸秆产业的发展中,制度因素起着重要的作用,我们要加强相关制度的研究,促进秸秆产业的发展。It is extremely essential and feasible to probe into crop residues industry from the philosophy angle. It is inevitable to have the appearance of crop residues industry when technical possibilities, economy feasible, and crop residues use industry machinery as the symbol, so long as crop residues have the use value. China＇s crop residues industry also is in the growth period of the initial stage, its final destiny would withdraw from the historical arena with the charming story of humanities using the crop residues to conquer the nature and the transformation nature, but would have the following four stage development, the birth time, the growth period, the mature period, and the decline time. Embarks from the methodology stratification plane, this article try to solve the problem which some theoretically easy to confuse. The ＂the crop residues dumb bells molded relief map＂ points out the crop residues industry and the crop residues science, the crop residues technology and between the crop residues project both has the difference, and has the interaction the relations. The system factor is playing the vital role in the crop residues industry development. So we must strengthen the correlation system the research in order to promote the development of crop residues industry.
