摘　　要：缩醛磷脂是甘油骨架sn-1位上含有一个烯醚键的磷脂,主要存在于哺乳动物组织中,其能保持膜稳定性,具有潜在信息传导及抗癌和抗氧化作用;且其含量变化也与许多疾病有关。该文介绍缩醛磷脂制备方法及其生物功能研究进展。Plasmalogens are a subclass ofphospholipids in which the sn-1 carbon of the glycerol back bone contains a vinyl ether-linked long chain hydrocarbon. Plasmalogens are widely distributed in mammalian tissues. Plasmalogens play an important role in cell membrane stability and potential effect of signal transduction. The roles ofplasmalogens in antitumor and antioxidization are drawing notice of more and more researches. The relationship between plasmalogen content and many diseases is significant. The preparation ofplasmalogens provides phospholipids for the study of its biology function and some diseases.
