微波诱导提取赣南脐橙皮中香精油的研究

摘　　要：以赣南脐橙皮为原料,石油醚为萃取剂,采用微波辅助诱导萃取法提取赣南脐橙皮中的香精油,考察萃取剂、微波功率、辐照时间等因素对香精油提取率的影响。结果表明,微波辅助诱导萃取赣南脐橙皮中的香精油具有良好的效果,在石油醚作为萃取剂、干脐橙皮(10g)∶石油醚1∶20(g∶mL)、微波功率100W、微波辐照10min的最佳提取工艺条件下,香精油的提取率可达1.05%。且该方法具有提取快速、操作简单、节能环保的特点。Take the Gannan navel orange peel as raw material,the processes of extraction of perfume essential oil were studied. The results indicate that microwave-added inductive technology produces higher yield than traditional methods. The optimum extraction processes obtained are as follows： peel mass is 10 g, petroleum ether is 200 mL, the optimum microwave power is 100 W,the optimum microwave radiation time is 10 min, and the yield reaches 1.05 %. The method possesses such advantages as rapid, simple, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
