山楂中熊果酸的提取及含量分析

摘　　要：建立高效液相色谱法测定山楂中熊果酸含量的方法。IntentexC18色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水(88:12);柱温:25℃;流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长λ=210nm。熊果酸进样量在2.96μg^8.88μg范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为98.29%,RSD=0.38%。山楂中熊果酸的含量为0.321%。Established the contents determination of ursolic acid in hawthorn by high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatography conditions as follow： The liquid chromatography was carried out using a Intertex C 18 with detection wavelength at 210 nm. The mobile phase was methanol-water（88：12）. The colum temper- ature was 25 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Check wavelength is 210 nm. The calibration curve of ursolic acid was linear in the range of 2.96 μg-8.88 μg （r=-0.999 7）. The average recovery was 98.29 % with RSD 0.38 %. The content of ursolic acid in Hawthorn was 0.321%.
