4种非典型抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨4种非典型抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者脂代谢的影响。方法将360例精神分裂症患者随机分成4组,测定单药治疗前后8周空腹血脂四项(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白)和体重及腹围。结果利培酮、喹硫平、阿立哌唑、齐拉西酮对脂代谢均有影响,体重指数、腹围、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白与治疗前比较差异有高度显著性(P均<0.01)。结论非典型抗精神病药物中利培酮、喹硫平、阿立哌唑和齐拉西酮对脂代谢均有明显影响。Objective To estimate the effects of four atypical antipsychotic agents on the lipid metabolism of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 360 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into risperidone group, quetiapine group, aripiprazole group and ziprasidone group. Four fasting blood lipid indices （total cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein）, body weight and circumference of abdomen were measured before and 8 weeks after drug administration Results Risperidone, quetiapine, aripiprazole, ziprasidone could affect＇lipid metabolism. Body weight, circumference of abdomen, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprorein after drug administration differed significantly from those before treatment （all the P values〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Among atypical antipsychotic agents, risperidone, quetiapine, aripiprazole, ziprasidone can affect lipid metabolism.
