摘　　要：建立了行波管预失真线性化技术的数学模型,根据场效应管的变阻特性,建立了一种利用砷化镓场效应管构成的预失真电路,通过软件模拟仿真及实验测试,得出了其具有对行波管进行线性化的功能。文章所用的网络分析方法及所得结论对行波管线性化器的研究有较大实用价值。A math model of linear circuit which uses pre-distortion technology to make TWTA linear is proposed. Based on the variable-resistance characteristic of FET, the pre-distortion circuit is built by GaAs FET. By simulation and experimentation, the circuit has the function of making TWTA linear. The network analyzed method used in the paper and the result provides practical value for the study of pre-distortion circuit used on TWTA.
