摘 要:用磁控溅射方法制备NiFeSiMnMo/Cu/NiFeSiMnMo多层膜;理论研究了多层膜巨磁阻抗效应与磁导率的关系;实验研究了NiFeSiMnMo/Cu/NiFeSiMnMo多层膜结构的磁导率和巨磁阻抗比。在驱动频率3MHz下Δμ′/μ′(%)出现800%的最大值,巨磁阻抗比出现14.4%的最大值。NiFeSiMnMo/Cu/NiFeSiMnMo multilayer films were prepared by magnetron sputtering method. The relationship between the magneto-impedance and magnetic permeability of the multilayer films was studied in theory. The magnetic permeability and the giant magneto-impedance (GMI) ratio of NiFeSiMnMo/Cu/NiFeSiMnMo multilayer films were investigated. The variability curve of the real part of permeability has a distinct peak, reaching a peak value of 800% at 3MHz, the GMI ratio up to 14. 4% also at a frequency of 3MHz.
