英国文学和中国文学爱情题材作品的异质分析

摘　　要：英国文学和中国文学爱情题材作品存在三大差异，主要体现在数量、内容和表述方式、地位，其原因是两国不同的历史文化传统。In this article, the author is going to analyze the differences of love stories between English literature and Chinese literature in three major categories： the difference in quantities, the difference in contents and ways of expression and the difference in roles. Then Hofstede＇s concept of value dimensions is employed to analyze the reasons of these differences. Finally the conclusion is arrived at that the different cultures and traditions formed in the different historical processes of these two countries contribute a lot to their differences in literature.
