首发与复发性抑郁症患者记忆功能的比较

摘　　要：【目的】比较首发与复发性抑郁症患者的记忆功能。【方法】对43例首发、48例复发抑郁症患者和45例正常对照,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表测定抑郁严重程度、韦氏记忆量表(WMS)测定记忆功能。抑郁症患者给予SSRIs类抗抑郁药治疗8周。【结果】①治疗前长时记忆分、瞬时记忆分、短时记忆分、记忆商数等首发组均高于复发组(P<0.05)。②治疗后首发组与复发组比较,WMS各项均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。【结论】首发与复发性抑郁症患者均存在记忆功能的损害,复发性抑郁症患者的记忆功能损害更为严重。药物治疗后,首发与复发性抑郁症患者记忆功能均有一定程度的恢复,但仍然有差异。[Objective]To compare the memory function of first-episode and recurrent depression.[Methods] Forty three first-episode depression patients,48 recurrent depression patients and 45 normal person were enrolled.The severity of depression was evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale-17（HAMD-17）.Wechsler Memory Scale was used to measure the memory function.The depressive patients were treated by antidepressive drugs（SSRIs） for 8 weeks.[Results]Long-term memory,transient memory,short-term memory and memory quotient were higher in first-episode group than those in recurrent group before treatment（P〈0.05）.There were significantly statistical difference between first-episode group and recurrent group in the items of WMS after treatment（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]There is impairment of memory function in both first-episode and recurrent group.Compared with first-episode group,the impairment of memory function in recurrent group is more severe.The memory function of the two depressive groups are repaired partly after drug treatment,but there is significantly statistical difference between them.
