左氧氟沙星、奥美拉唑、阿莫西林三联治疗十二指肠球部溃疡幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察左氧氟沙星三联治疗十二指肠球部溃疡幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的疗效。【方法】选择54例经尿素酶、组织学证实为HP感染的十二指肠球部溃疡的患者,随机分成观察组和对照组各27例。观察组给予左氧氟沙星、奥美拉唑、阿莫西林治疗;对照组给予奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗。分别统计两组病例Hp根除率、溃疡愈合率。【结果】观察组和对照组的HP根除率分别为88.9%和70.4%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);溃疡愈合率分别为96.3%和92.6%,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。【结论】左氧氟沙星三联疗法治疗十二指肠球部溃疡HP感染疗效好,副作用少。[Objective]To study the effect of omeprazole,amoxicillin and levofloxacin triple therapy for Helicobactor Pylori（HP） infection in patients with duodenal bulb ulcer.[Methods] Fifty four patients of duodenal bulb ulcer infected with HP tested by urease and histology were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.The patients of the treatment group were treated with omeprazole,amoxicillin and levofloxacin triple therapy,and the patients of the control group were treated with omeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin triple therapy.The healing rate of ulcer and eradication rate of HP were calculated.[Results]The eradication rate of HP was 88.9% and 70.4% in patients of the treatment group and the control group,respectively,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The healing rate of ulcer was 96.3% and 92.6% in patients of the treatment group and the control group,respectively,and the difference was no significant（P〉0.05）.[Conclusion] Omeprazole,amoxicillin and levofloxacin triple therapy is an effective and safe therapy method for HP infection in patients with duodenal bulb ulcer.
