摘 要:分析了水环境承载能力的定义和内涵,概述了水环境承载能力的计算方法,并以张家口市为例,用定性和定量相结合的方法对水环境承载能力进行分析计算,结果表明:张家口市COD和NH3-N的承载能力分别为1.18×107kg/a和5.04×105kg/a。张家口市污染物入河量远远超过了水环境承载能力,特别是NH3-N,其入河量已超过承载能力的10倍,已经形成资源型和水质型双重缺水的严峻形势。在下一步治理过程中要特别加强对NH3-N的控制与处理。The definition and meaning of the carrying capacity of water environment are analyzed, and the computation method is summarized of the carrying capacity of water environment. With a case study of Zhangjiakou city,the carrying capacity of water environment have been analyzed and calculated with the qualitative and quantitative method and the results reveal that the carrying capacity of COD and NHa-N is 1.18×10^7 kg/a and 5.04 ×10^5 kg/a. The quantity of pollutants discharging into rivers exceeds the carrying capacity of water environment, especially NHa-N, ex ceeding the carrying capacity 10 times in Zhangjiakou city. It has been formed severely dual lack situation of resource and water quality. It is important to control and treat the pollutant of NH3- N in the future.
