摘　　要：近年来,随着市场经济的不断发展,民营企业在我国经济生活中的作用越来越重要,并成为国民经济结构中最具活力的增长点。本文从分析浙江民营企业的现状入手,详细阐述了企业实行多角化战略所必须具备的条件,进而探讨了浙江民营企业发展多角化战略的可行性。In the recent years, with the continuous development of the market economy, private enterprises, most dynamic growth point in the national economic structure, have played an increasingly important role in our economic life. The present paper, based on the analysis of the present situation of the private enterprises in Zhejiang, discusses the conditions for their multi -faceted developmental strategy as well as the feasibility in this regard.
