摘　　要：在党的十七大指引下,进一步提升大学生工作理念,加强大学生思想政治教育,聚焦与突破人才培养模式,是当今高校育人工作的一个重要课题。针对大学生特点与成才规律,进一步深化学生思想政治工作内涵建设,需要努力促进三个结合,即励志教育与大学生自我激励相结合,专业教育与素质教育相结合以及德育与生涯发展教育相结合,推动德育大循环。Under the guidance of Communist Party of China 17th National Congress,it is an important issue of today＇s higher education system that improving the conception of college students work, strengthening the ideological and political education of college students, and focusing on the breakthrough of the mode in college personnel training.This article explores the conception of today＇s college students＇ work, focusing on the mode in personnel training of college students, further deepening the connotation of building ideological and political work of the students. It also needs promote three combinations to put forward moral education cycle, that is the combination of the inspirational education and self-motivation, professional education and quality education, as well as moral education and career development Education.
