摘 要:鉴于实际生产库存管理中的产品缺陷问题,研究了允许缺货情况下含确定缺陷率和模糊缺陷率的经济生产批量问题。根据产品检验速率的不同,建立了两种含LR型模糊缺陷率、模糊需求、模糊缺货费、模糊检验费、模糊存储费和模糊订货费的经济生产批量模型。运用符号距离,将模糊模型转化为确定模型,进而确定了其最优生产策略。通过理论分析,揭示了模糊与经典经济生产批量模型的关系。结合算例,分析了产品缺陷率的模糊性和检验速率对最优生产量和最小成本的影响。To deal with imperfect production in the actual production inventory management, Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) problems with the shortages were studied which included crisp product defective rate and fuzzy product defective rate. According to different product screening rate, two EPQ models with LR-fuzzy defective rate, fuzzy demand, fuzzy shortage cost, fuzzy screening cost, fuzzy inventory cost and fuzzy order cost were constructed. The optimal production strategy was determined by transforming the fuzzy model into crisp model by signed distance method. The relationships between fuzzy and classical EPQ models were revealed through theoretical analysis. Influence of fuzziness of defective rate and screening rate on the optimal production quantity and minimum total cost were analyzed via numerical examples.
