摘　　要：脑出血是一种严重危害人类健康的常见脑血管疾病,其致残率、致死率高。脑出血的脑损伤是多种因素参与、多环节的病理生理过程;亚低温能够通过多环节机制减轻脑出血后脑损伤,起到显著的脑保护作用。本文对脑出血的病理生理机制及亚低温对脑出血的脑保护机制进行综述。Cerebral hemorrhage is an usual kind of cerebrovascular disease doing severe harm to human health with high mutilation rate and mortality,the brain injury during cerebral hemorrhage has a pathophysiological process full of many factors and many linkage. Moderate hypothermia can relieve the brain injury after cerebral hemorrhage by many mechanism and then exert its protective effect. This article reviews the pathophysiological mechanism of cerebral hemorrhage and the protective mechanism of moderate hypothermia on treating acute cerebral hemorrhage.
