活血消癥颗粒治疗子宫肌瘤400例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察活血消癥颗粒对子宫肌瘤的缩瘤效果及对临床证候群的改善情况。方法400例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为治疗组300例口服活血消癥颗粒剂,对照组100例口服米非司酮。观察两组治疗后总疗效、症状改善情况、子宫体积及肌瘤体积变化情况。结果活血消癥颗粒组总有效率(92.3%)、子宫体积及肌瘤体积与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在改善症状及减少肌瘤复发等方面明显优于米非司酮(P<0.05),且无不良反应。结论活血消癥颗粒与米非司酮对子宫肌瘤均有较好的治疗作用,但活血消癥颗粒剂能有效改善临床症状,且缩瘤效果稳定,不良反应小,是治疗子宫肌瘤的有效方药,尤其在治疗直径<3cm肌瘤方面疗效明显。Objective To observe the effcet of HuoXueXiaoZheng granule on reducing the volume of hysteromyoma and on improving the clinical symptoms. Methods 400 patients with hysteromyoma were divided into treatment group （ HuoXueXiaoZheng granule） 300 cases and control group （mifepristone） 100 cases. The improvement of clinical symptoms and the volume of uterus and hysteromyoma were observed. Re- suits There was no significant difference on effective rates and the volume of uterus and hysteromyema between two groups, and the treatment group excelled in improving symptoms and reducing the recrudescence the volume of uterus （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion HuoXueXiaoZheng granule and mifepristone both have good effect on hysteromyoma, and HuoXueXiaoZheng granule is an effective prescription on treating hysteromyoma especially those smaller than 3cm in diameter. It can improve clinical symptoms and reduce the volume of hysteremyoma permanently with less side effects.
