摘 要:采用RT—PCR技术,分别对PRRSV新疆分离株XJ—a,XJ—b,XJ—C的ORF5片段的ORF5基因进行扩增,获得长度为603bp的特异性目片段。ORF5片段序列分析表明,新疆3个分离株的ORF5基因与欧洲型PRRSV毒株序列核苷酸的同源性为56.1%~56.4%,与标准美洲型PRRSV毒株序列的核苷酸同源性达到86.6%~87.2%,与国内部分省市流行株的同源性在96.0%~99.2%。PRRSV新疆分离株属于北美洲型PRRSV的变异毒株,属同一亚型,毒株间也存在一定的差异,具有高度致病性的生物学特征。The ORF5 genes of strains XJ-a,XJ-b,XJ-c isolated from Xinjiang were amplified and the special 603bp fragments were obtained by RT-PCR. In the sequence analysis of ORF5 gene of Xinjiang PRRSV isolates, comparing with the prototype PRRSV from Europe, the Northern America and the prevalent strains from some provinces of China, the homology were from 56. 1% to 56.4%,from 86.6%%o to 87.2% and from 96.0% to 99.2% respectively. The results were shown that Xinjiang PRRSV isolates belonged to variant strains of Northern America type and in the same subtype, although there were some differences among the three strains in the nucleotide analysis,it suggested the PRRSV strains isolated from Xinjiang had biological characteristic of high pathogenicity.
