新型农(渔)民培育中农村职业教育的需求与定位研究——基于宁波农村地区部分人口的个案调查

摘　　要：文章通过对宁波市周边农村部分从事农业生产的农(渔)民的调查,分析了被调查农(渔)民的基本素质,在此基础上建立复回归模型分析了影响农村职业教育需求的相关因素,针对当前农村职业教育存在的问题,提出农村职业教育应"按需定位"的相关对策与建议。This paper analyzes the basic quality of farmers through investigating the farmers engaged in agricultural production in rural areas of Ningbo. On this basis, the paper build a multiple regression model to analyze the related factors influencing the needs of rural vocational education. In view of the current issue of the rural vocational education, it proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions that the rural vocational education should be made ＂on-demand position＂.
