摘　　要：本文讨论了甲基柏木醚的性质、香气特征和应用，重点介绍了从柏木油中提取柏木醇来合成甲基柏木醚的方法，对影响甲基柏木醚产率的因素进行了分析，提出了增加产率的措施。In this Paper, the properties, aroma characteristic and application of cedryl methyl ether were discussed. The synthetic method of cedryl methyl ether by using cedrol from cedarwood oil was introduced emphatically. The factors in effecting the yield of cedryl methyl ether were analyzed. The measures for increasing the yield of cedryl methyl ether were given.
